A car-free city with round-the-clock security
Pools, aquapark, restaurants, on-site shop, pharmacy and therapist's office — without leaving the oasis
Your life here revolves around the sun, pools, and the sea.
Breakfasts on open terraces, the sound of surf a few steps away. While the sun is still gentle, families claim sun loungers by the pools and on the beach.
The most active time. Children's laughter from the water slides rings out, animators are at work, and the sports grounds and water park are open.
The heat subsides. Families stroll along the picturesque promenade, restaurants fill up, live music plays, and the sea takes on sunset colors.
A pleasant tiredness after a busy day. The open-air cinema is running, and a fresh evening breeze descends from the mountains.

Dreamland Oasis is built as a closed "city within a city" — with no car traffic inside. Every path, alley, and promenade belongs to people on foot. Kids can let go of a parent's hand and run ahead — and parents can let them.
{ "A secure perimeter, round-the-clock guards, lit alleys, and a neighbourhood of other families create something rare on vacation": "you stop being the anxious parent. Your child runs along the promenade with new friends; you read a book on the sun lounger and know everything is fine." }

Dreamland Oasis is not just a resort — it is a gated dendrological park on the first coastline of the Black Sea. Here, architecture is gently woven into a subtropical garden, so you wake to the sound of waves and the rustle of rare plants.
Long before becoming a resort, Chakvi was the heart of the Russian Empire's tea trade. In the late 19th century, the first Chinese tea bushes were planted on this coast for its rare balance of humidity, mountain air, and sea breeze. The swamps that stood in the way were drained with eucalyptus — imported from Australia — and those same trunks outlived the industry that planted them.
The tea is mostly gone. The microclimate that made it possible, the eucalyptus grove that reshaped the coast, and the dense shade that holds the noon — that is what surrounds guests of Dreamland Oasis today.

Besides the busy pools and water park, the grounds — sloping down to the sea edge — hide quiet zones where you can simply walk in the shade or sit by the water.

Stones, dwarf pines, and a pond with koi. One of the children's favourite spots.

Quiet retreats tucked between the buildings. The splash of water, shaded benches, dense subtropical greenery all around.

Walking paths in the deep shade of trees. A pleasure even in the midday heat.

Pebbles, the sound of surf, a promenade along the sea. An unhurried walk between swims — or after dinner, when the heat has dropped.
